- Keys Tagged
- Photos Taken
- Insurance company authorization/estimate written (if using insurance)
- Vehicle damaged parts removed
- Parts Ordered
**STEP 2 - Structure and Body Repair **
- Vehicle assigned to a technician
- Technician inspects estimate and compares with vehicle
- Supplement written If required
- Correct structural or frame damage (if any)
- Weld on structural parts (If any)
- Repair sheet metal
** STEP 3 - Painting and Refinishing**
- Vehicle prepped for paint
- Bodywork inspection before going in spraybooth.
- Final primers and Sealers applied
- Base coat & Clear coat applied.
- Paint drying
** STEP 4 - Reassembly**

STEP 6 - Quality Control / Prepare for Delivery
- Technician checks vehicle line by line against estimate
- Check list created
